ENGINEERED HARDWOOD FLOORING
SOLID HARDWOOD FLOORING
Engineered hardwood flooring is the most popular choice for our clients. It’s made up of a ply bottom layer and a real hardwood top layer for increased stability, and therefore is not prone to shrinking or warping in changing environmental conditions, which can be a problem with solid wood flooring. There is a wide variety in thickness, length and colour to meet all your needs. Because engineered wood has a real wood top layer it can be sanded multiple times over many years, effectively achieving a new floor finish every time.
Laminate flooring is essentially a photograph bonded onto a board protected by a clear plastic wear layer. The more upmarket brands offer many different styles and effects that are very similar to real wood but slightly more cost effective. Laminate flooring is very hard wearing and scratch resistant which is beneficial to families with young children and pets for example.

Parquet wood flooring comes in a variety of different patterns including the popular chevron and herringbone, or design your own bespoke pattern to suit the room.
